We are looking an experienced administrative professional to provides a variety of support duties for specified individuals and/or department


Job Family Specific
Schedules standard appointments and meetings; coordinates and establishes all domestic & international travel arrangements including VISA procurement (when applicable); reconciles travel and expense reports, including cash, credit card, and international purchases. Answers, screens, and places phone calls on behalf of the executives; Prepare, composes and edits complex memos, documents and other correspondence. Prepares presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Efficiently schedules meetings relating to specified individuals using Outlook or other calendar application. Maintains database information. Organizes and maintains office supplies/files. Manages meeting logistics, including catering and conference room reservations, managing accommodation blocks. Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Key Responsibilities
Performs all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects within area of specialization. Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level. 

Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex. Candidates must be proactive, detailed oriented, can handle multiple interruptions and still maintain focused on the tasks at hand. 

This position will be highly visible; therefore, the right candidate should have a positive attitude, high energy, and a welcoming personality as well as communicate effectively. Travel and expense processing is a major component in this role.

Experience & Education
An Associate degree or higher required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Demonstrates thorough/advanced knowledge of a specialty area and of tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in SAP Concur required.
5+ years of successful experience supporting senior level executives.
Frequent inter-organizational including Executive-level and external contacts.



Working Hours
5 days per week – Monday through Friday

(8AM – 5PM)
