This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Processing & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for
Knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS/DTS Packages
Adhoc reporting and analysis on vendor related equipment from various systems
Run detailed data and prepare monthly department metrics utilizing Qlikview
Purchasing liaison for National Agreement vendors including reconciliations, analytical reporting, purchase order creation and invoice review and posting.
Vendor procurement review and reconciliation of active purchase orders
Perform monthly cost accrual and prepaid expenditure reporting
Support various inter-company transactions
Support international government account agreements
Responsible for creation of manual Risk Insurance purchase orders for Ultrasound via analysis of reporting and Service Product management announcements. Work with country counterparts.
Create and maintain SharePoint site for vendor agreements and service reporting

- You have experience in report design utilizing Hyperion IR, Crystal, SharePoint or Equivalent software programs.
- You have knowledge and have performed SQL query creation
- You have excellent accounts payable skills
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- You will be working in SharePoint designer, updating and creating workflows
- Extraction and documentation of data utilizing SAP and data warehouse
- You have knowledge of Qlikview
- You have very good communication skills
- Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years accounting
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years SAP, Sharepoint, Microsoft VBA, Intermediate Excel, SQL query creation
