Job Description:

The Product Manager will work within all aspects of the X-Ray Products (XP) Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Mobile, and Twin Robotic X-Ray segment with a primary focus on the Radiography markets and Max radiography product portfolio.  Working with the XP team, the product manager will help to develop and implement strategies to grow market share and increase revenue.


The Product Manager 4 position reports to the Senior Director of X-Ray Products Product Management, Siemens Healthineers.


Business Management:  Develop sales programs, promotions, and strategies for the radiography market; analyze current and future market trends; Develop and implement marketing strategy for lead generation, sales programs, and references; consults with Marketing and Communications on customer messaging, white papers, documents, and presentations; creates, reviews and approve marketing collateral; work to define requirements for marketing communication and local messaging.


Customer Management:  Work closely with the Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Product Sales Executives (PSEs), and Customer Service (CS) to improve customer satisfaction; help to develop strategies to address customer ‘warm’ and ‘hot’ sites; utilize objection handling and conflict resolution skills to address perceived and real customer issues as they arise.


Sales Operation/Support:  Development training and education material to assist XP PSEs; serve as a resource for the sales team; maintain the pricebook and pricing; standard configurations and creation of pricing related to specific products

Responsibilities

·       Develop sales programs, promotions, and strategies for the fluoroscopy market;

·       Analyze current and future market trends; Develop and implement marketing strategy for lead generation, sales programs, and references;

·       Consults with Marketing and Communications on customer messaging, white papers, documents, and presentations; creates, reviews and approve marketing collateral;

·       Work to define requirements for marketing communication and local messaging.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in applied science/radiology, marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required

·       8+ years’ experience in Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, Business Development or Service Management

·       Expert experience in field with demonstrated successes

·       Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders

·       Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment

·       Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations

·       Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·       Advanced MS Office Skills, especially Microsoft Excel

·       Knowledge of Siemens tools preferred
