Job Description:

Position Overview:

As the Inventory Warehouse Specialist, you will over see all activities within the warehouse that includes, shipping and receiving, along with inspection. In addition, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Manages and provides for the efficient operation and control of regional warehouse inventory
  • Directs all activities for traffic and transportation of shipments from the warehouse to the client
  • Work with the Materials and Requirements Planning (MRP) system for processing shipments and stock replenishment orders
  • Executes the cycle count program to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Interacts with external and internal customers to ensure customer expectations are achieved
  • Assists in execution of annual physical inventory
  • Supports and administers the applicable shipping and receiving standards
Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge
  • High school education
  • 3 years of experience in a service or warehouse setting
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Program
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Exhibit strong business relationships internal/external clients 
  • Self-starter 
  • Must be able to lift and handle materials that can weigh upwards to 25 pounds

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Skills
  • 5+ year of experience in warehouse setting
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree
