Finance Sales Specialist (Midwest Zone)

Our Financial Services group is essential in providing a variety of solutions to our customers.  We are looking to add a team member with Healthcare Finance experience to join our team as a Finance Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the financing offer preparation process for a dedicated region with the goal to drive sales growth and increase Customer satisfaction.
Ideally, you’ll have at least 6 years of experience. You’ll report to the Manager of the Finance Sales Specialists team, while also working out of our Malvern / PA offices.


• Work in a high-performance sales team, driving efficiency, and effectiveness
• Own proposal generation for dedicated region and ensure short response time driving growth and Customer satisfaction
• Drive financing growth and maintain ROE target in respective territory
• Ensuring offer accuracy
• Best practice sharing amongst the team
• Dedicated Region responsibility
• Support the Finance Sales Manager in the assigned region, creating financing proposals, following up with the Customers
• Key contact for Siemens Healthineers Zone Finance Head for the assigned region
• Maintain and manage legacy customers database and use for generating recurring business
• Ensure legal and finance policy compliance
• Plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region
• Provide information for forecasts and planning
• Driving calling campaigns for an assigned region
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure streamlined processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6 years leasing/finance experience
• Ability to execute business strategy and contribute to targeted sales, relationship management objectives and business returns
• Ability to provide solutions and address Customer needs
• Ability to structure standard and complex product financial offerings
• Demonstrated understanding of risk versus return
• Ability to travel, meet with clients/prospects, attend industry events and conferences
• Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Strong relationship management, selling, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Healthcare finance experience is strongly preferred
• History of direct contact with Healthcare executives is preferred
