This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Associate for Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing marketing work streams including digital, content, and event marketing initiatives

  • Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate the details as we establish our brand in a new market

  • Engage with senior leadership and varied stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, capture ideas, and help the organization be creative, thoughtful, and effective around marketing efforts

  • Drive the creation of content that showcases useful and interesting insights, ideas, and stories from colleagues, collaborators, and any allies with ideas that matter

  • You help translate from corporate strategy to marketing strategy to determining where marketing and communications investments are sensible choices to positively impact the business and brand

  • You can help the company establish and manage a strong creative position, working with leadership, our creative director, and design team to help maintain alignment and expression of that creative position

  • You can act as a ‘one-person band’ managing event coordination, webinars, editorial calendar, and other marketing work streams in an in-house, fast-scaling environment

  • You are confident in managing professional social media profiles that balance personality, public risk, and responsiveness

  • You are an advocate for the field of marketing and can build coalitions of colleagues to pursue the strategic, analytical, and creative modes of a strong marketing department

  • You are concerned with the power of good marketing and balancing the optimism of ideas with the realities of a complex world. You ideally want to treat marketing as a conversation with our end users and customers, not only attempting to persuade our ideal customers that we are the right partner for them, but also helping to influence the development of our organization to be the best partner our ideal customers are seeking.


Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Advance degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a marketing role with professional exposure to at least two of the three: B2B marketing, digital technology, or healthcare providers

  • Agency experience a plus

  • Willing to travel up to 20%
