The Regional Sales Manager - Will lead the North region IDSS sales team, focusing on Integrated Drives Solutions and Services. The portfolio primarily covers Medium and low voltage motors and drives, solutions (Fiber, Minerals, Oil and Gas) and all related services. This IDSS Region Manager is responsible for growing profitable market share in the region through existing customers as well as developing new markets and development accounts.
Specific responsibilities to be quickly/effectively instituted:
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years personal sales experience together with a minimum of 10 years in a sales management position and can demonstrate a successful track record in a Sales Leadership role.
Previous experience within the Motors and Drives market is required, understanding and experience in selling into the Industrial market is also a requirement. Demonstrated track record of effectively navigating highly matrixed organizations including culture and processes is critical to success of this key position.
