This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Being a consistent and familiar point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle and developing strong relationships with customer employees—from the bedside to the boardroom

  • Creating a tailored implementation plan, establishing deployment milestones and delivering a delightful onboarding experience for customers 

  • Defining the business criteria that the customer will use to measure the success and value of using our product to their organization

  • Owning a performance improvement area that will serve the entire Customer Success team and help us grow and scale our operations

  • Gathering customer feedback through stakeholder meetings, surveys, user interviews, focus groups and workshops

  • Conducting well-being status calls, managing campaigns that focus on best practices and upcoming events, keeping your client’s engaged and satisfied

  • Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating user-level data to develop strategies for educating users, identifying new feature opportunities, resolving client issues and reporting customer success metrics to our leadership team 

  • Collaborating directly with users to understand their challenges, demonstrate how our product can meet their needs, and explore ways in which we can innovative better solutions together 

  • Advocating on behalf of our users and representing the collective voice of the customer during cross-functional discussions and supporting our design, product, and engineering colleagues to create a user-centric, best-in-class product

  • Possessing a startup mentality, remaining calm amidst chaos and thriving in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining flexibility with a team-oriented approach to your work

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Licensed Registered Nurse

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred 

  • 3+ years of direct care clinical experience, staff scheduling or managerial experience a plus

  • 3+ years of healthcare informatics experience (analyst, project manager, IT manager or director) for a healthcare organization or 1-3 years with a certificate or a Master’s degree from a healthcare informatics program

  • Experience delivering presentations and leading stakeholder discussions, identifying and resolving customer issues, and understanding technical concepts and explaining them clearly to our users

  • Candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones preferred
