•Directs and coordinates US SMSCP program with HQ, schools, government and educational entities, and US RC
•Primarily responsible for all school certification and management
•Instructor for Train the Trainer program, and coordinates development of new Programs with HQ
•Defines, Creates, and Implements SMSCP Program guidelines and processes, and manages through respective virtual organization.
•Administers and ensures adherence of SMSCP policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
•Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization.
•Prepares and contributes to contractual matters, with external parties (i.e. schools, educational institutions).
•Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in Program operations.
•Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders (SITRAIN, schools, government organizations, etc.); clarifies organizational issues.
•Organizes best-practice-exchange, and organizes respective resources for participation in Education, STEM and other relevant industry conferences.
•Interfaces with Siemens Education group (SCE, PL, SITRAIN, BT, Siemens foundation/ align with internal programs and projects within Division and across US org
•Facilitates implementation of SMSCP Program at relevant institutions after lead identification.
•Analyses strategic trends and developments in the industry as a subject matter expert, from all perspectives, i.e. commercially (markets, trends, competitors, offerings, etc.) and technically (products, methodologies, processes, tools, etc.).
•Globally gathers best-practice examples from the assigned market; analyzes and evaluates solutions realized in this market with respect to their benchmark potential. Supports planning and implementation of business development plans related to market.
•Plans sales volumes and potentials of all institutions in the assigned area of responsibility.
Instructional Design and Delivery
•Conducts two-week long technical training courses for institution instructors in a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ environment.
•Completes development of new course materials, in coordination with HQ, and drives implementation of digitalization modules in US Region
•Prepares cost calculation of trainings.
•Reviews feed-back and modifies/revises course materials as necessary.
•May provide technical support in case of complaints.
•5-10 years of hands on working proficiency in a Manufacturing, Training or Project Management environment
•Bachelor’s Degree in (Business, Organizational Development or Engineering)
•Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills (Written & Verbal)
•Must develop Siemens Mechatronics System Certification Program Market with technical colleges and educational institutions in US
•Instructional delivery of the Train The Trainer Program
•Proven track record of Program or Project Management to include oversight of multiple projects
•Customer service skills
•Collaboration to include both internal and external clients
•Process definition/development & improvement
