Position Overview:

Our Service organization is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing candidate who will develop the Service strategies for Siemens Gamesa for North America. The position will be based in Orlando, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the Service Sales & Marketing team for 3 product lines – LTP, OOEM, After Market

·        Forecasting: Annual OE budget forecasting; weekly OE forecasting to align with New Unit; Monthly OE forecasting & reporting to Power System Sales; Align forecasting with market potential

·        Align with New Unit , Operations, Technology , Supply Chain, Key Account Managers, and other departments on bid strategy

·        Prepare Sales team for Regional and BU SBA (Sales Business Approval)

·        Prepare Sales related presentations for management meetings

·        Collect Voice of Customer for new product development and market intel on products & pricing

·        Develop and maintain sales & pricing strategies and best practices for all product lines

·        Define and track sales efficiency and productivity

·        Support Product Development Process for New Turbines as well as After Market Products

·        Work with Communications for press releases & social media blasts on signed contracts

·        Integrate Salesforce or new CRM into Sales process & reporting

·        Champion rollout of Global Sales Processes into the region

·        Conference Planning – determine Service messaging for each conference based on Regional needs; coordinate conference set up, Service attendance, Service meetings, briefing documents, customer invitations

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Experience, and Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred

 

  • 10+ years of Sales & Marketing experience or relevant Wind industry experience

 

  • Strong MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) skills

 

  • Estimated 25% of travel
