Job Description:

The Sr. Financial Analyst position within Service will play a key role in providing financial support to the Education and Workforce Solutions organization therein, as well as completing special projects for the Service Finance Head.  This new position will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, reporting, and deferred revenue compliance.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide transparency and complex variance analysis to the local and global stakeholders, business segments and divisions lead and impacted by EWS activities.

  • Develop and enhance forecast tools and messaging which support and explain the vision of Education and Workforce Solutions VP and Controller while meeting the required revenue and margin targets. 

  • Evaluate key financial and operational metrics.

  • Drive transformation to new EWS reporting platform. 

  • Ensure conformance to IFRS requirements and the integrity various deferred revenue accounts. 

  • Involvement in in commercial/contract activities, order management, pricing, margin calculations, etc.

  • Perform multiple activities at closing to ensure the integrity of the various education P&L’s.  Coordinate activities with Accounting and performance controlling to meet company guidelines and audit requirements.

  • Seek system and process improvements to continually enhance reporting capabilities for financial, operational and customer needs.
