We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who has knowledge and experience managing a high volume of order entry and invoicing. She/he will ensure timely order entry, correct ordering, will follow up on schedules and monitor all related cost. The position is located in Wendell, NC and reports to the Manager of Contract Administration.
Enter and validate customer orders against purchase order and original proposal.
Process the repairs from receipt of goods, through order stage, set for delivery once complete, and invoice upon shipment.
Requisition parts and deliveries for the customer order.
Close coordination with customer, productions scheduler, repair centers and project management throughout the life of the order.
Enter new customer requests in PEGA
Enter tax documentation in EZ Suite
Complete export documents for international orders.
Assist credit & collections of past due AR when needed.
