Siemens Energy Inc. is currently searching for a sales team member to be based in Dallas Fort Worth, TX. As part of the Transmission & Distribution sales team you will have an exciting opportunity to work with the major players in the energy industry from large scale power plant projects and smart grid applications to state-of-the art transmission and distribution solutions. Responsibilities
•Provide T&D products and solutions sales coverage for the Midwest region.
•Develop and implement Siemens strategic efforts with Region agents

 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business-related field
•10+ years of industry-related experience in Transmission & Distribution products, marketing
and/or factory experience.
•10+ years of marketing/sales experience
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
•Ability to listen to clients, extrapolate relevant data, and generate a winning strategy
•Ability to effectively communicate and lead this defined strategy internally with multiple product lines in support of proposal responses and contract negotiations.
•Ability to travel 40-50% both domestically to customers and internationally to manufacturing locations in locations such as Mexico, Brazil, Germany, or Italy
•Flexibility in schedule needed to attend some evenings and/or weekend for customer events.
