Position Overview


Siemens IoT Services is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Program Manager to join their team in either Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA. This position will effectively partner with Siemens IoT Services leadership and Siemens Talent Acquisition to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in direct support of annual operating objectives. The Recruiting Program Manager shapes the experience of IoT Services new hires (entry and professional level) for their Consulting and Solution branches, from initial assessment through on-boarding and integration, and beyond. 
 
Responsibilities


•End-to-end responsibility for campus recruiting, to include support for university recruitment marketing, planning and execution of campus events, attending recruiting events on campus and candidate management
•Manage the assessment and selection process for IoT candidates including the planning and moderation of interview days and facilitation of the decision-making process
•Provide tactical and strategic support for the new hire onboarding and integration program
•Liaise with Siemens Talent Acquisition regarding ongoing professional-level recruiting to assist with process and programmatic needs throughout the recruiting lifecycle
•Support ongoing employer branding projects including the development of innovative concepts for successful recruitment marketing campaigns
•Serve as the primary point-of-contact for applicants and leaders regarding hiring and related HR processes
•Maintain a high-quality standard and work independently to ensure first class results at any time and maintain momentum and structure during peak and normal hiring cycles
•Support the approved IOT Services hiring processes to ensure acquisition of new talent is aligned to business needs and operational KPI’s
•Liaise with IOT Services GoToMarket (GTM) and delivery leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.


Required Skills
 
•Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
•Minimum 5 years talent acquisition, talent management and/or HR experience
•Experience coordinating and facilitating interview events, to include facilitation of the assessment and selection process
•Experience coordinating, facilitating and attending university recruiting events and managing university recruiting efforts end-to-end
•Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature is a plus) and other talent acquisition tools and technology (video interviewing, sourcing tools, CRM, etc.)
•Proven ability to establish strong client relationships and track record of excellent client satisfaction
•Experience maintaining confidential information and exercising effective business judgment in handling
•Recruitment marketing project experience is preferred
•Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple functional areas
