Position Overview


As a Siemens Gamesa Renewable Wind Commercial Analyst you will be responsible to support all financial activities for the Tooling Center located in Wichita, KS.  Main objectives of the position are:


·         Financially manage the Tooling Cost Center Budget and Capital requirements


·         Help drive successful Cost Out Program


·         Interface with Commercial Project Analysts as required for projects in execution.  Prepare billings and forecasts as needed to support New Unit and Service tooling requests


The position will report to the Commercial Head of Projects in the Americas.




More specifically, your assignments will cover: 


• Managing the Tooling Cost Center in SAP

• Provide support for tooling project billing forecasts 

• Performing Project Billings for all Tooling Orders (New Unit and Service)

• Maintaining Cost-Out Program items related to tooling savings initiatives

• Performing Inventory of Fixed Assets

• Journal Entries as required to perform financial transactions

• Support of Audits as requested

• Other Special Projects as assigned



Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

• Strong appreciation for ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting 

• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

• SAP experience preferred, specifically with Cost Centers
