Networking Lead

As a Customer Success Lead, you will lead our company in taking a ‘customer first’ mindset, and push customer success into everything we do.




 Technical Aptitude

  • Collaborate with third parties, and customers to oversee application deployments, API integrations, and BACnet integrations – ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  • Provide technical sales and product expertise supporting complex and integrating networking, cloud or premise-based infrastructures, Cloud Applications and Storage, Security and Compliance; in sales presentations to C level, IT or business line managers.

  • Provide in depth network designs that allows customers to leverage their existing infrastructure and incorporate the Enlighted digital sensor platform for easy data collection and integration.

  • Work with end-users, support team members & contractors to resolve network issues.


Business Acumen

  • Own customer accounts and drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and additional value creation.

  • Participate in all aspects of an Enlighted deployment (pre and post) to establish relationships with our customers.

  • Work alongside partners, installers, and integrators to guide our projects to success through multiple partner channels.

  • Measure your success, defining operational metrics for each of your responsibilities.

  • Grow customer advocates that lead to case studies, references, and ultimately renewals and expansion.


Customer Advocate


  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure a consistent and strong customer voice is communicated and deeply considered in our product roadmap. W

  • Work with our clients to learn and understand their current workflows and seek out and nurture relationships with power-users and influencers within client sites.

  • Cultivate customer feedback to help influence the product roadmap and maintain communication with clients to resolve product issues.

  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales and marketing to implement programs and processes to improve deployment, expansion and retention.


About You


  • Ability to construct network designs and clearly communicate this with Customer IT team (including VLAN, stacks, Spanning Tree Protocol, L2 security, Access Lists implementation).

  • Experience with designing or setting up routers, switches, servers, access points, virtual environments and IOT devices a plus.

  • Knowledge of setting up DHCP servers and Linux ubuntu devices a plus.

  • 2+ years of customer facing experience: Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, Solutions or Sales Engineering or related field.

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working with enterprise or institutional customers on large scale rollouts.

  • Ability to work with and provide feedback to technical and non-technical team members.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills – you'll often be writing materials that will go directly to our clients.

  • Analytical and data driven decision maker.

  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Passionate, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with the built environment, IoT, electrical engineering, and/or SaaS is a big plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customers.
