This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Pricing Administrator,  you will be responsible for:


  • Determine accuracy and completeness of the formatting for the pricing file provided for loading.

  • Conduct Quarterly Lease Rate Update

  • Facilitate the loading of GPO and Non Affiliated pricing to SHARE with IT, Corporate Accounts and Pricing Strategy

  • Manually load pricing to SHARE across different levels

  • Build Tiers and Price Lists

  • Create list pricing in SAP

  • Troubleshoot pricing issues in SHARE

  • Manage the expiration report from Corporate Accounts (review and update SHARE, followed by communication to various teams)

  • Verify pricing loaded by other Pricing Admin team members in SAP

  • Maintain and load DX Service Pricing

  • Resolve batch feed issues from SHARE to SAP P40  


Required skills to have for the success of this role 


  • Strong systems skill in SHARE, SAP, MCMn and Microsoft platform    

  • Ability to analyze pricing data and DXCon quotes to help resolve various issues that may arise.

  • Arrange and balance activities to comply with various tasks and due dates is a key requirement

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Excellent communication skills and a pro-active attitude 

  • Establish virtual networks across teams and locations                                                      

  • Adapt to a fast paced environment with a high level of flexibility
