As the Talent Management Program Specialist in the Americas PL you will responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, managing small-to mid-sized projects or streams of existing projects, and ensuring a higher level of performance of the PL function. You will partner with colleagues across the HR value chain across Siemens, supporting the translation of US business requirements into People & Leadership outcomes in alignment with PL principles and portfolio. In concert with the Head of People & Leadership, Americas and AM PL Program Manager, support the local talent strategy of the various business in the Americas, in alignment with local requirements and global PL strategy.
Execute on projects to drive the implementation of the ongoing PL programs to create a positive impact to the organization. This includes program management, content development, and implementation support of various aspects of the AM PL initiatives.
Support the maintenance and update of key talent pipeline information including succession plans, talent discussion outcomes.
Research external market and best practices to determine its implications on the business and talent strategy and work with AM PL Program Manager to recommend, design, and manage innovations to support ongoing PL evolution.
Supports the management of strategic programs such as talent summits, potential development programs, and activities related to succession planning.
Apply facilitation skills to lead workshops, planning sessions and customer-facing interventions in support of the HR value chain as required.
4 plus years of successful progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or Business Partner roles
Bachelor’s degree required
Possesses Project and program management skills to lead key HR initiatives
Proven ability to research and analyze information and recommend respective solutions
Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in an ever changing fast-paced environment
Experience participating in strategic initiatives and working with highly confidential data
Excellent collaboration skills working in a highly matrix environment and utilizing agile working methods
Advanced skills in data analysis, working in close collaborations with various contributors
Demonstrated track record in supporting and advising HR professionals in mature, global organization
