Job Description:

  • Support and Advice regions and product lines on all digital product related topics
  • Support / Drive global projects and initiatives as required by the Field Service business
  • Ensure consistent processes and procedures globally by collaborating with regions and product lines
  • Coordinate and serve as Product Owner for all FS tools though handover to business
  • Search for / elaborate / Identify and communicate BEST PRACTICES and adopt those to the business as required
  • Focus on Simplification and Improvement areas to increase Efficiency for internal and external benefit (customers, product-line, regions)
  • Drive integration into the organization and adapt to business requirements
  • Provide support and ability to offer “Help” to digitalization community
Skillset Required:
  • Excellent collaboration- / communication- and soft skills
  • Ability to listen, act on information, influence others
  • Strategic mindset with a passion to collaborate with divers’ teams
  • Able to recognize differences in organization and build on those differences
  • Process know how, driving consistency across regions and PL’s
  • Be adaptable, agile and able & willing to transform
  • Knowledge and good foundation of Project Management System
  • Good understanding and experience of how projects work
  • Ability to effectively communicate new ideas to stakeholders
  • Min 10 years of experience, preferred in Oil and Gas Business with focus on process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Up to 50% travel required at times
