For our MO TPE in Beijing, we are looking for a Solution Manager.


Position overview

As the Technical Solution Manager eBus, you will be responsible to develop the eBus charging infrastructure portfolio in China from a solution perspective. You will work closely with the eBus Business Development manager to drive the business, closely work with with eBus Germany HQ for all subject related matters, and align with Mobility Key Account Manager for the market approach.

What are my responsibilities?

Solution Management:
Technical responsible for eBus solution to fully understand and manage the eBus charging infrastructure portfolio and eBus solution for China;
Drive the local portfolio management with focus on localization, technical fit, technical adaptations;

Technical Sales and business development:
Providing technical solution to customers, assist customers in correct application of Siemens’ products;
Support the business development Manager in technical presentations and workshops with customers;
Manage customer offers as a bid manager, in control of technical bidding, and offer management;
Clarification and negotiation with customer for technical issue in specific requirements;

Develop eBus portfolio expertise:
Gain Comprehensive technical understanding of the eBus charging solution;
Develop a Knowledge of the latest policies/programs that impact the industry;
Providing total technical solution and expertise to project management;

Sales targets and collaboration:
Drive eBus business according Business Plan with responsibility for business results;
Develop relationships with employees at all levels – including executives – within distribution network;
Internal trainings, customer trainings.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

University Master's Degree in with major in technology and science, or a different suitable academic background;

Broad technical understanding, thinking in technical solutions, fast understanding skills;

Taking responsibility and ownership for new portfolio under uncertainties;

Able to drive new topics, define own roadmap, set targets, derive options, execute on it;

Strong ability and willingness for cross functional collaboration and communication inside Siemens, in China, abroad, and with external partners;

Presentation skills internal and external;

Fluent skill of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.


What else do I need to know?

The Siemens Mobility provides solutions to customers whose business models are based on optimizing passenger and freight transport. The Division bundles all Siemens business related to management of international traffic, transport, and logistics. This includes railway automation, infrastructure logistics, intelligent traffic and transport systems, and technologies for developing the infrastructure for electric mobility.
