Account Manager (BMS/Fire/Security)
What are my responsibilities?
- To grow solution business & achieving sales volume or Order Intake targets.
- Develops and maintain close contacts with customers, buyers, Consultants and main-con to promote specifications
- Integrated Building Management Concept selling.
- Updates and submits monthly Sales Activity Report / Sales Funnel to management.
- Conduct presentations related to proposal, commit to the quality in preparation of bid / tender documents. Influence / persuade, Contract Negotiation & closing
- A Sales person with holistic approach in scanning market for business opportunities - unexplored markets, new customers , new applications
- Track, document & analyze competitor activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Domain knowledge in Fire Detection / Suppression / HVAC / Building Automation
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng / BE) / Mechanical Engineering (ME) Degree / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- 8-10 years experience in Solution / Turnkey business selling.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Good command of English, Bahasa.
- Understanding & Selling of Integrated Building Management is an added advantage
Note: Sales target in the range of MYR 10-12 Millions
