What are my responsibilities?

  • Maintenance and Inspection of X-Ray Diagnostics Equipments (Angio, CT etc..) installed in Medical Institutions
  • Regular customer visits for damage prevention
  • Trouble-shooting and on-site technical support
  • On top of the technical skills required, we are seeking for Engineers who are able to go beyond the scope of ordinary technical service with dedicated Customer Care Activities (Communication Skills, creation of Documents and Reporting, interface with internal stakeholders)

     

What do I need to qualify for the job?

Working experience:

  • Experience in handling medical equipments (Experience with other modalities related to Diagnostics Imaging is also welcome)
  •  Service Engineering Experience

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge in Machinery, Electrical Field and Electronics
  • Business experience in Medical Fields
  • Basic Customer Service Skills and Customer-centric focus 
  • Fast-pace
  • Proactivity and aspiration to gain new technical knowledge
  • English Skills 

Language

  • Japanese: fluent / business level (native level is preferred)

What are my responsibilities?

  • 医療機関に納入したX線診断装置(アンギオ、 CT等)が故障した際に、お客さまのところへ行き修理をします。
  • 故障しないように、定期的にお客様のところへ行き、メンテナンスをします。
  • テクニカルサポートとして、オンライントラブルシューティング対応をします。
  • 技術力があるのはもちろんのこと、従来の技術サービスの枠にとらわれずに顧客サービスができる技術者を求めます。(説明、作業報告書作成、社内関係者への連絡・調整等)

 

What do I need to qualify for the job?

Working experience:

  • 医療機器の取扱い経験(画像診断装置以外も可)
  • サービスエンジニア経験

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 機械、電気、電子系の基礎知識があること
  • 医療業界のビジネス経験があること
  • 顧客サービスの基本ができており、 顧客重視志向で行動できること
  • スピードある対応ができること
  • 新しい技術知識を積極的に取得する意欲があること
  • 英語力があること

Language

  • 日本語:流暢であること / ビジネスレベル(ネイティブレベルであると尚可)
