Job Description

Our team helps Siemens in achieving better sales results, increasing market shares by analyzing relevant markets, competitors and looking for opportunities. We also take care of EU and government funds, some internal tools and support setting the right strategies.

You will be responsible for

  • the Siemens Key Account Management Officer (SAMO) taking care of the Key Account Management Process, consulting and supporting of Key Account Managers, responsible for Targets Settings, Target Evaluation, Incentive System and organization of Workshops and regular performance reviews with the Key Account Managers for their accounts
  • analyzing market situation and trends, defining steps leading to market penetration increase. Competitor monitoring is part of the market evaluation
  • supporting of the Net promoter Score (NPS), the customer feedback process between HQ and Divisions in the Region
  • evaluation the economic indicators and reporting them within the Region to the Divisions and Management
  • cooperating closely with Siemens divisions, participation at planning and implementation of business strategies
  • providing support and consulting on customer development, cross selling, identification of business opportunities and administration of CRM system
  • support or lead of a cross-divisional team regarding digitalization topics

You shall have

  • degree in economics/business administration, preferable technical background (optional)
  • experience with markets, and ability to interpret data (ERP / CRM)
  • fluent in English and Czech
  • very good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • excellent analytical skills and reliability
