Customer Service Headquarter Support (HSC) Engineer


Description of responsibility:

Working in customer service headquarter, HSC engineer needs to

            Deliver 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units, as well as Regional Support Centers worldwide,

            Provide knowledge and maintain knowledge base to enhance Healthcare‘s service performance globally, 

            Support the Business Units to improve the quality of their products,

            support new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.


Experience required:


Min. 3 years of field service experience on medical imaging products;

International culture orientation: experience of working with international employees or customers.


Language Skills:


Fluent oral and written English


Education Background:


Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
