Working in customer service headquarter, HSC engineer needs to
� Deliver 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units, as well as Regional Support Centers worldwide,
� Provide knowledge and maintain knowledge base to enhance Healthcare‘s service performance globally,
� Support the Business Units to improve the quality of their products,
� support new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.
Min. 3 years of field service experience on medical imaging products;
International culture orientation: experience of working with international employees or customers.
Fluent oral and written English
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
