Join our team as an EMEA Regional Customer support & training expert in Molecular Diagnostics (MDX),

The missions:

-You support the Senior Global MDX Service Manager by managing internal customers and end customers’ expectations with regard to Customer Support matters

- You support the Regional Sales Manager in the implementation of the MDX Sales strategy

- You support the Countries in the Region especially in case of new business development

- You have a strong sense of customer relationship & interaction with experience in either Service or Application support

- You have an extensive experience in Customer Support with international exposure

- You are willing to interact with various departments from R&D to HSC with the customer satisfaction always in mind

- You act as the Customer voice and report your improvement proposals in a structured way respecting the customer support processes

- You are willing to develop further your skills in becoming a proper system expert with a holistic view on the MDX products allowing resolving Service & Application related issues

Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering high quality Technical Training content and further develop a continuous education program

Keys to succeed this challenge?

- You have a Master Degree with major in medical technology or a related discipline + terrain

- You are experienced in an international & multicultural environment

- You have a strong customer focus and you are solution oriented thinker

- You have already been exposed to Molecular Diagnostic products and understand the Molecular laboratory workflow

- You have a previous experience in delivering Technical Trainings

- You are highly self-motivated and have strong problem solving skills

You are willing to travel extensively (approx.50%)

The position is based in North of Europe (various possibilities)

- You are fluent in English
