For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a CDV Product Manager at the earliest opportunity. The CDV product manager will focus on product knowledge support for system upgrade and option selling in Customer Services, and thus to achieve the CDV business goals and objectives defined.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Product Knowledge on specified modality:
- Develop product strategy to promote product values in her/his assigned modality.
- Coordinate resources to emphasize product values in many different ways as possible as we can.
- Support CDV business manager to implement CDV business plan using his/her professional knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the modality he/she focusing on.
- Support CDV selling process with marketing materials preparation, on-site demonstration and sales support.
- Work with CS modality Business Manager to maximum synergy of Siemens CS products.
2. Management Activities:
- Cooperate with related department to implement CDV marketing strategies.
- Coach and develop BDM and sales team on product knowledge.
3. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Clinical background, experience in AXA/CT/MR/SY is preferred; adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and marketing is preferred.
- Cultural sensitivity or multi-culture environment is preferred
- An ability to improve processes and to adapt rapidly to change
- The ability to collaborate cross departments in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Good communication, detail oriented, open mindset and flexible.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork.
- Excellent ability of literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Well working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular to be the expert of PPT.
- Good writing skill for document translation from internal materials
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
