What are my responsibilities?

Work and overtime tracking and reporting

  • Support SGTT Customer service department  and HR in development of a time tracking and reporting routine, processes and tools for our operations specialists
  • Support SGTT Customer service department  in planning and managing working times & over time/ working during days off for operations specialists
  • Time tracking of work hours of operations specialists
  • Sense checking of time sheets provided
  • Regular reporting of working hours to CS Management to allow for consistent and effective planning and decision making
  • Reporting of worked hours of operations specialists to accounting and payroll in 1C

Add. tasks - team assistance (as required by Customer Service Management)

  • Participate in external and internal meetings (including travelling within RF)
  • Prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by CS management
  • Provide translation services (written, verbal) to CS Management
  • Travel organization for CS Head, CS CFO and VIP visitors incl. booking of hotels, flights, transportations & preparation of travel expense report
  • Support general office administration work incl. but not limited to:
    • ordering stationeries supplies with the aid of common IT programs,
    • other typical administrative job tasks in cooperation with internal and external offices,
    • checking and accounting for the allocation of bills,
    • preparation drafts of letters, memos, faxes, reports upon request
    • Support filing, tracing and documentation of the department

What do I need to qualify this job?

  • Higher education
  • Profound understanding of Russian Labor Code based on educational and/or working back ground in the field of working time management in operational units (rules, regulations and restrictions of working time in RF, annual summarized accounting in working hours  would be an advantage) 
  • Very good communication and team work skills
  • Trainability
  • Stress – resistance
  • High level of motivation, engagement and accuracy in implementation of given tasks
  • Willingness to act pro-actively based on own knowledge base and within the limits of authority
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English Language. German as a third language is well appreciated.
