What is the Job description:

  • Serve as the primary organizational contact during T&C negotiations, including commercial topics namely payment terms, credit limit, warranty, etc
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements; co-ordinate with Legal counsel for deviation list
  • Pricing strategy for Partners, End users and OEMs
  • Interface with insurance companies regarding adequacy of coverage
  • Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of prices, payment terms, general language and provisions
  • Ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts
  • Oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management
  • Co-ordination with Order Processing team to ensure adherence to customer requested timelines

·         Analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet

·         Reporting and Controlling topics

·         Month end closing topics

  • Contact point for Special Price Request (SPR)

·         Adhoc reports - PtM, Volume achievement, etc

 What do I need to do to qualify for this job:

  • Degree in Finance / Business Management
  • 7-9 years of experience in Contract Management, Sales Commercial and Financial Reporting & Controlling topics
  • Well versed with SAP FI/CO module
  • Cross cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
