The Panel Builders Technical Sales Specialist maintains and expands relationships with assigned and new panel builder and system integration partners in defined regional and verticals markets. He is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets within the panel builders markets. He represents the entire range of SENTRON low voltage circuit component, MVC and SIVACON/SIMOPRIME franchise system business development

What are my responsibilities? 
  • Drive the development and implementation of the panel builder and system integrator partners’ strategy to increase Siemens LV and MV portfolio penetration
  • Analyze the panel builder market, develops strategies, system positioning requirements, investigates and evaluates specific new business opportunities 
  • Develop and propose sales budgets for the existing and new business partners
  • Plan sales volumes and potentials of target customers. Define and implement the action plan to achieve the business targets
  • Identify and follow-up with project opportunities together with panel builders and system integrators
  • Develop local action plan with panel builders and system integrators in assigned markets including marketing activities and go-to-market strategy 
  • Drive the needed marketing and promotion activities for LV and MV portfolio (ACB, MCCB, Energy Monitoring, MVC etc.) including portfolio technical trainings for panel builders
  • Supports panel builders & system integrator customers directly in cost-/benefits analyses and calculations in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products and systems
  • Supports the development of strategic frameworks for partners by preparing list pricing, discount structures, incentive schemes, return policies, stock proposals, etc.
  • Prepares and negotiates proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management
  • Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning and completes sales and revenue related key reporting.

What do I need to qualify for this position?
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience within the electrical industry
  • Experience and knowledge about low and medium-voltage products and systems
  • Strong communication kills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
