Job Description

The distribution channel sales maintains and expands relationships with assigned and new distribution partners. He is responsible for supporting the distribution partners and achieving the sales and profitability targets within the distribution channel. The distribution sales manager is responsible for promoting the entire range of SENTRON low voltage circuit protection components and wiring accessories through the distribution channel.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Drive the development and implementation of the regional distribution strategy 
  • Further develop and manage the regional distribution network
  • Plan sales volumes and potentials of target distributors and conduct the needed sales action plan to achieve the business targets with them
  • Analyses distributors' markets, strategy, position and needs, investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for products
  • Supports the development of strategic frameworks standardized processes for distribution business by preparing list pricing, discount structures, incentive schemes, return policies, stock proposals, etc.
  • Supports stock management activities throughout the country 
  • Develop local action plan with distributors in defined regions 
  • Promote product marketing and promotion for Siemens low-voltage power distribution products through the distribution channel 
  • Conduct product training for distribution partners and launch new products
  • Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning and complete sales and revenue related key reporting

What do I need to qualify for this position?
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience within the electrical industry
  • Ideally experience in the distribution business
  • Experience and knowledge about low -voltage products and systems
  • Strong communication kills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
