The EM LP team for New Businesses for electrification develops the next generation of smart grid applications and digital platforms. You will play a critical role in this endeavor. We are looking for a dedicated individual that wants to be part of the team that re-defines how smart grid technologies are developed and used. You will work closely with approximately other software and hardware engineers in a start-up type environment backed up by the substantial resources of a large scale company.

  • Development of a training concept for a residential storage system
  • Identification and creation of applicable internal and external partner training concept
  • Act as the top training representative for the business
  • Creation of a certification program and process for installers
  • Development and tracking of appropriate KPI measures for training concept.  Coordination of these measures across applicable departments. 
  • Assist in specialization of training concepts to support critical system integrators and partners
  • Consulting of customer, installers, and internal sales division to address critical to quality features.
  • Strong contribution to market introduction, field tests & trainings

    What you need to make real what matters.

  • Vocational degree as electrician required.  Preferred  Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering or related technical field
  • At least 5 years experience with prior experience in electrical systems and their installation. Specific working understanding of both low voltage electrical and communication networks a plus.
  • Prior experience in applicable photovoltaic and/or storage markets a strong preference.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.  Demonstrates a capability to promote new ideas to train a diverse customer base.
  • Basic working understanding of field device commissioning including experience with cloud based application commissioning processes.
  • Ability to travel regionally greater than 40% of time.
  • German native speaker is a must.  Basic working understanding of English preferred, every other language is an advantage.
  • Possibility to partially work remotely.
