Head of Sales PS Control and Digitalization
• Will be required to plan and implement the country specific sales strategy with input to-and-from the regional strategy including Develops the market level pricing recommendation based on competitive position, regional strategy (segmentation, targeting and positioning), etc.
• Will need to work with PS CD RLA Regional Sales Head, Siemens Key Account and Client Managers and other PS CD Regional Sales personnel to establish strong, consistent relationships with key personnel at plant sites and energy company headquarters.
• Must be able to develop and manage long lead time sales cycles that will exceed 18 months and have developed skills to manage, drive, document and execute those sales cycles.
• Will lead all PS CD Country sales personnel. He or She will be responsible for Country PS CD overall sales numbers by guiding and mentoring the local sales force.
• Individual job performance will be primarily measured as PS CD Country results against sales plan on an annual basis. A secondary measurement will be establishing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to meet sales order entry budget on an annual basis.
• Will have personal sales and pipeline targets in addition.
• Will be reporting functionally to the PS CD Regional Latin America Sales Head and disciplinary to the CDL of PS.
