If you are ambitious and change makes you thrive, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction for Siemens Healthineeers Benefits Plans.

  • You will have the unique opportunity to develop a strategy how a Siemens Healthineers specific benefits portfolio will look like
  • You will develop together with other stakeholders a strategy how an efficient and effective deployment and delivery could look like
  • You set the strategic direction for all Siemens Healthineers Benefits Plans, including governance, framework and infrastructure
  • You will analyse new and/or existing plans and programs to determine market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, ease of administration, cost effectiveness and alignment with business strategy
  • You steer the cooperation with the corporate benefits team within Siemens
  • You will be the interface to the finance organization and other stakeholders
  • You will be the interface to our regional HR organization regarding benefits related topics and will closely work together with our benefits specialist in the US
This position may suit you best, if you have a broad benefits experience in a multi-national company.

  • You possess a successful completed Master’s degree in Business administration / HR or comparable training and knowledge
  • You bring in relevant long-time working experience in Compensation & Benefits and have a sound knowledge around all benefits-related topics especially pensions and insured benefits
  • You have experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • You have a proven track record in strategically developing benefits concepts and driving them to implementation
  • You are skilled in project management, negotiation abilities, fluent English and in ideally at least one additional language
  • You are able to identify business needs and market developments and offer solutions in a pro-active manner
  • Your ability to focus and prioritize and work under given, challenging timelines stands out
