  • In your new role at Siemens you will ensure the implementation of global, regional or country Compensation and Benefits policies and programs - this includes salary policies, incentives schemes, equity programs, pensions and other benefits
  • Together with your colleagues you will initiate and deliver Compensation and Benefits related projects to meet legislative changes, improve the respective portfolio or to implement upcoming technological changes
  • You keep yourself up to date on competitive and market trends with regards to Compensation and Benefits, evaluate alternatives and costs
  • As an expert in your field you serve as an advisor and guide to HR and the business in all Compensation and Benefits aspects and be part of global projects as they come up
  • Within your own area of responsibility, we you will continuously run improvement processes - this would include regular lessons learned with interface partners
  • In addition, you will plan and supervise reward projects in case of mergers, acquisitions or integrations

  • You have completed your university studies and have gained extensive Compensation & Benefits experience
  • As analytically sharp thinker and strong problem solver you match perfectly to this role
  • Your work style is flexible to accommodate ambiguity and fast-pace changing environments
  • Be able to motivate yourself and others!
  • At best you have sound knowledge of MS Office applications (especially with regards to Excel) and also user knowledge of an SAP system (or any other HR RPM)
  • You will focus on Eastern Europe region: strong communication skills in English are mandatory, preferably you are also fluent in Czech and another language of the region
