Siemens Transformers S.r.l., one of the major players in Europe in the production of medium power transformers, is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer, to be hired with a permanent contract in Trento.  
The candidate, supported by a Sales Area Professional, plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the Company.
The new colleague, after the successful cooperation with the Senior Sales, will be allocated as main responsible for a specific Region in order to sell our medium power transformers for worldwide market.

What will you manage?
In collaboration with the Sales Area Professional:

  • Plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region;
  • Analyze the specific market conditions and build a sound market related network of stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities and prepare customer contact, addressing key people and key buying factors;
  • Understand the customer needs and coordinate with the proposal engineers the most suitable technical solution;
  • Prepare and negotiate the proposal to the customer mainly by phone call or email;
  • Act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support;

What will you manage in the long term?
  • You will responsible for all the sales process in allocated Region;
  • You will proactively contribute to the Company sales strategy

Who are we looking for? 
A junior candidate with the following features:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as Sales, Proposal, Project Management or Project Engineer preferably in the energetic, electric or industrial field;
  • Degree/Master Degree in Electrical, Industrial and Energy engineering or technical diploma;
  • Fluent in English and Italian; a good working knowledge of a third Language (French/Spanish) would be strongly evaluated;
  • Availability to travel abroad for few weeks per year;
  • Good customer orientation and communication skills;
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness;
