Executive / Senior. Executive - Service Sales
What are my roles and responsibilities?
- Manage Installed Base of branch/region, first level contact for SIEMENS.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Cold calls on various offerings like service contracts, Migrations, Value added services, Paid services, spares and extension projects.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.To find Migration opportunities from existing Installed base.
Adhere to Annual Service Targets & CSG policies and Guidelines
Understanding technicalities of the Projects/Service Needs and meeting the deadlines. Responsible for Order value & revenue, collections
Co-ordinate with client on Purchase orders, advance payments and documentation part (service agreements).
How do I qualify for this job ?
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma with more than 5 years of experience in service sales
Preferred having knowledge on Building Technologies / Fire Detection & Alarm System / Access Control System / Electronic Security/ Customer Handling/ Service Market knowledge
Should have service sales background in the similar industry for at least 3 Years.
