Ultrasound Business Development Manager

Birmingham, United Kingdom

English (UK)

Job Description

Are you an Ultrasound Service Lead/Clinical Sonographer with solid professional experience backed by a relevant postgraduate qualification, ideally to Master’s level? Bring your industry and technological understanding to Siemens Healthineers as a Business Development Manager in the Midlands and help transform the way ultrasound in healthcare is delivered.

We take care of our ultrasound customers so they can take care of patients. Our ultrasound portfolio is transforming the efficiency and efficacy of patient care at a time when the environment for healthcare providers in the UK is changing rapidly

This role could be the ideal opportunity to channel your expertise in a new direction. The role is all about forging and developing strategic partnerships with customers. Acting very much in a consultative capacity, you’ll understand customer needs and how our products can support their aims and service ambitions.  You can be genuinely proud to provide customers with access to innovation and improve their decision-making, whilst delivering business growth.

Proactively engaging with both internal experts and external parties to develop a funnel of new opportunities, you’ll prepare and lead presentations to senior healthcare personnel to support the execution of our business development strategies. At a regional level, you’ll work collaboratively with Sales Directors and share best practices with teams.

You’ll know all about strategic planning and service delivery. Project management experience in a healthcare setting, drive and self-motivation, an analytical mind, and the interpersonal skills to negotiate and engage confidently with a range of stakeholders are essential – as is fluency in English. A clinical management background would be a plus.

Closing Date: 5th December

Interviews for the role will be held on 12th and 13th December at our offices in Frimley, Surrey.

If you’re ready to help us inspire the future of healthcare, you can look forward to a generous salary package including company car & bonus.

We at Siemens Healthineers are committed to helping healthcare providers globally to succeed in today’s dynamic environment. We are inspired to transform the way things are done – because we want what is best for our people, our customers and ultimately the health of mankind. While we are invested in engineering excellence – leading-edge medical technologies and services, we don’t stop there. We’re also deeply invested in our 48,000 people with the hearts of pioneers and minds of engineers, highly committed and connected in this industry. And as we strive to shape the future of healthcare, our overall success will depend on our ability to continuously reinvent ourselves.

In order to push the boundaries in our exciting and challenging industry, our shared sense of common purpose guides our decisions and day-to-day work. We work in a flexible and dynamic environment that allows for our own priorities. And while we respect each other’s individuality, we are proud of the high level of team spirit we share.
