What is our responsibility?
Deliver SCADA( WinCC/WinCC OA) knowledge both internally to sales colleagues and externally to key customers.
Supporting sales to develop local SCADA SIs, for example improve SI’s technical skills, capability of project delivery. To enlarge SCADA SI pool.
Identify SCADA business opportunities and support local sales to fight with competitors on technical and solution consulting. Initiate and lead region SCADA business growth.
Support to transfer competitor’s SCADA users to SIEMENS SCADA.
Communication internally and externally, be the bridge of BU and SU.
What is the requirement of the position?
Technical skills and knowledge of WinCC/ Intouch/ KingView/Wonderware/MES and also Automation background
Better to have knowledge of factory operation or equipment management or production planning.
Business acumen, knows industry customer needs.
Personality needs to be outgoing, passionate about work. Good communication skill is a must.
Bachlor or above major in Electrical and Mechanical ,Industry Automation Control
-Knowledge of industry automation and mechanical.especially industry control.
-Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
Have at least 3 years sales working experience in industry control or relevant education background,
Flexibility of frequent business trip, Able to work under pressure.可适应经常出差，并具有一定的抗压能力。
