Join our team as MindSphere - Technical IoT Learning Consultant (m/f) at Berlin, Erlangen or at a location of your choice.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
  • You will join the team that designs and shapes MindSphere trainings and certification partner programs with the focus on the whole MindSphere ecosystem
  • You will design, manage and execute new portfolio and curriculum elements for technical MindSphere trainings and certifications targeted to our international channels (internal and partners)
  • You will deliver classroom and live online based training to MindSphere customers and partners
  • You collaborate with our business development and engineering departments in order to get deep knowledge of the external business opportunities and technical functionalities that MindSphere platform offers, and transform that knowledge into effective new trainings
  • You play a key role in further building and managing the certification programs for the MindSphere community world-wide, incl. trainer certification programs
  • As part of your role, we also keep you updated with the latest in the field
  • You are expected proactively to define your own training needs to deepen your domain knowledge and take part of trainings to fill any gaps
  • You are actively strengthening our community in which our trainers and customers interact with each other to exchange new ideas, requirements and development areas for MindSphere

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
  • You have a degree of computer science, electrical engineering or a related field, and ideally have previous experience in both technical and sales/consulting environments
  • You have professional programming skills with at least one of the following programming language - C/C++, JavaScript/Node.js/Node-Red, Java or C#/.NET
  • You have deep understanding of web/network programming and underlying API related technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP etc.)
  • You have general cloud computing knowledge (AWS and Cloud Foundry preferred)
  • You quickly acquire new technical and software knowledge and are able to share this with others effectively
  • You have understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Siemens S7, Industrial Ethernet, OPC UA, MQTT, Profibus, Modbus etc.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and you speak fluent English and German. Other languages are welcome.
