Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1. Lead DT mainitenance team implement equipments and facilities daily check and PM activities, Carry out set maintenance items and manage repairing records.
2.Breakdown fix activities arrangement and technical support, include abord manufactures contact. Deal with emergency failure, breakdown and other problems, decrease the impact to the production.
3.Lead equipments and facilities manage ,use and PM performance evaluate, ensure good working order and properly service life.
4.Formulate equiment and facilities manage procudure,technical standard , and SOP etc.
5.Participate in spare parts management and localization, ensure equipments working properly, maintenance cost down.
6.Participate in new equipments selection,purchase,installation and acceptance, exist euipments overhaul and upgrade.
7. Participate in DT team member trainning plan and implement.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.At least 5 years maintanece experience in manufacture company
Working experience with Electrical or Mechanical maintenance.
2.3 years project management experience
3.Autuority on maintenance , at least 2 years experience in team management.
4.Working in intercultural company prefered
