What are my responsibilities?
Holistic responsibility for the ergonomics of CT, including users, patients and other roles from idea development to assessment of HMI within R&D projects.
Take the process owner role of SSME CT Usability by working closely with HC DI CT R&D HX and SSME CT R&D. As an expert on interactive user interfaces (hardware and software) and user experience design for our UX team with international collaboration.
Screening of HMI developments in China and Asia, evaluation of potential future concepts and collaborations.
Predevelopment and Prototyping of HMI concepts with Asian partners.
Evaluation of HMI concepts in China and key Asian markets with extensive transnational teamwork.
Analyze the operational procedures of our clinical customers in an international environment.
Prepare workflow scenarios, storyboards and prototypes for communicating with customers and internal departments.
Design and provide specifications for interaction concepts and user interfaces, taking into account technology, ergonomic standards and design guidelines.
Use proven test methods/conduct hands-on studies to validate requirements and concepts which arise, including usability testing, focus groups, heuristic analysis, field and ethnographic studies, and competitive analysis.
Draw up and establish modern methods for user experience design in the company.
Research trends in human-machine interaction and actively drive forward innovations in these areas.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Already have professional experience in the fields of user-centered product development and user interface design. Familiar with and have a good command of current methods, industry standards and trends in your specialist field.
Successfully completed university studies with Master degree or above in a related subject area in the fields of human factors, usability engineering, human-machine interaction, applied/cognitive psychology, human computer interaction or related field.
Have strong collaboration skills in working in partnership with colleagues, service providers and customers in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
Good at observing and can visualize your ideas so that they are easy to understand.
Have a sound business knowledge of spoken and written English.
Can work with challenging timelines and successfully completing several tasks at the same time.
