Job Description


We are looking for a team assistant to support the team's daily activities.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support managers in the preparation of project agreements and contract documents;
  • Manage purchasing of equipment and services for the department
    Handle administrative and legal processes, e.g. issuing of checklists for export control;
  • Coach team members in the correct execution of Siemens processes
    Work with the business administrators and the department head on the correct and timely;
  • Organize events and support visitors with travel formalities.
