What are my responsibilities?
- Support managers in the preparation of project agreements and contract documents;
- Manage purchasing of equipment and services for the department
Handle administrative and legal processes, e.g. issuing of checklists for export control;
- Coach team members in the correct execution of Siemens processes
Work with the business administrators and the department head on the correct and timely;
- Organize events and support visitors with travel formalities.
