Job Description

5-10 years of experience in LV switchgear services & competitor product experience or person from competitor company is preferable. 

He will work as a team member for Service delivery and Service business for supporting SR-1 for CP-LP Business.

He will be located in Chennai under CS PRS CP-LP Team.

 Service Delivery :
 To manage service delivery to external customers within the defined
 target KPI's through authorized service centers and also by attending customer
 complaints by himself based on its merits. To monitor and ensure timely closure
 of service requests. Perform Root cause analysis of repeat failures and
 recommend corrective actions for implementation at site. Also co-ordinate with
 factory and SAG for detailed product failure analysis.


 Service Business :
 Responsible for Service business of CS CP-LP for all India. To ensure capture of installed base
 in system from service visits and cold calls, discuss and identify Customer needs,
 inform  Customer on service offerings and generate service business with a
 proactive approach. To provide service business support to regions in totality.
 Monitor service business figures and develop new markets and customers.

A degree/diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 5-10 years
 experience in LV ACB servicing and selling. Panel design and commissioning
 experience if any will be advantageous.
