What are my responsibilities?
1. Bid phase:
In order to ensure bidding process align with the LOA guideline,to avoid commercial risks, make contract evaluation in respect of contract terms and cost calculation. prepare commercial documents such as commercial deviation, bidding bond.
2. Negotiation phase:
To control the commercial risk during the negotiation ,and participate on site negotiation together with business bid manager.
3. Project execution-SAP operation: Correct SAP operation to ensure the accurate impacts on financial statements
4. Project controlling
In order to ensure the cost of order/project within budget, check actual cost according to detailed calculation sheet by cost line item, check and confirm invoice request according to principle of turnover recognition, control AR, WIP/Excess cost. pending cases handling/Arbitration process contract person with SLC lawyer and external lawyer.
In order to make business field understand the business status in time, use the knowledge of SAP, make monthly report including project cost analysis, business performance analysis to provide a clear picture of the project’s current financial status.
Making reasonable forecast on the project’s forthcoming cost to reflect the project latest status .
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor of financial , legal or administration related ;
At least 3 years work experience in Commercial or Controlling with Commercial negotiation experience.
CET 4 /Written English skill SAP operational practice
Good communication skills
