•Manage all allocated sites, first level contact for SIEMENS scope of work.
•Attend the service issues and make it closed.
•Monthly PM need to be completed as per the schedule.
•Coordinating for commissioning activity with internal team.
•Provide SOP for operating Team
•Coordinating for project handing over like measurement sign off, handing over documents service report etc…
•Trouble shooting of the alarms generated through the BMS System & Inform the criticality to the customer if it is customer/Third Party Scope.
•Maintaining call closure with in SLA timeline. Fill the PM checklist properly and getting sign from customer.
