For DF MC Simogear Business, we are looking for a dedicated sales in  GuangZhoou.

What are my responsibilities?

Responsible for DF MC SIMOGEAR products promotion:

Drive SIMOGEAR business to make breakthrough for target customers;

Support regional sales technically to develop SIMOGEAR geared motor business;

Sales Support

a)     Support sales during acquisition, quotation and technical clarification with customers for imported and local manufactured products and systems.

b)     Support with technical information and negotiation with the customers.

c)     Support on final technical clarification when order has been placed (kick-off-meeting, clean order).

d)     To be the coordinator between the Region and MC BU.

Customer Communication

a)     Support sales in customer communication, presentation and negotiation.

Competitor

a)     Collection information from our competitors (e. g. solutions, prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies) and pass them to the MC BU and your direct superior.

b)     Observe and investigate competitors’ activities in the region.

c)     Observe competitors pricing policy.

Market Development

a)     Create an overview of the market for the sales area; you are responsible for, in regards of market trends/development, technical requirements, price level, customers' purchasing behaviour/channel ...

Budget/Target

a)     Supporting of the regional sales during the budget planning round (bottom-up planning).

b)     Assist the regional sales to fulfill the sales target of BU in Region South.

Training

a)     Train regional sales, partner and key customer for MD SIMOGEAR products knowledge & BU strategy.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree of electric (motor is preferred) or mechanic;

2. At least 2 years working experience, sales working experience is perfect;

3. Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, organization and negotiation skills required;

4. Basic english in written or reading

5. Location is in GuangZhou office, responsible area is for Region South.
