Job Description

What is my responsibilities?
1. In charge of specific material fields/suppliers: Responsible for demand analysis, market analysis,  
   supplier analysis, RFQ, Cost comparison with strengths and weaknesses, decision making in crossfunctional 
   teams
2. Responsible for the annual negotiation and contract management with the supplier
3. Ensure the specific material availability for production during the daily business
   Act as an inferface between supplier and other departments within the company
4. Close and frequent Cooperation, communication with other Siemens Locations Worldwide, especially in 
   CSCM. Drive and implenment common agreed activities within SMVS and also Siemens

What do I need to qualify for the job?
1.  University graduate, Prefer to Mechnical/Electronic major;
2. At least 8 years working experiences in procurement department;
3. Preferably in an international enterprise;
4. Preferably mechanical or electronic background;
5. Preferably have CPSM / CIP;
6. Good knowledge on procurement processes;
7. Good negotiation skills;
8. International / domestic trade knowledge Contract Management;
9. Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/R3;
10. Good written and oral communications skills in English;
11, Analytic Skills, Team Player, Initiative of one's own / proactive, Independently working
