Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • 1. Management support
  • Manager's TEC, GEC, TAP support, tickets and hotel booking
  • HQ visitors arrangement, such as agenda updating, transportation, hotel booking
  • Organizing weekly, monthly meeting, recording meeting minutes and following up related meeting results
  • Information collection and transmitting within  teams

2. Team regular meeting management

  • Application approval process following, GR handling after receiving supporting documents
  • Creating PO in system for free sample, demo, fixed asset
  • Collecting supporting documents and handling GR within 2 weeks after activities and services closed
  • New colleagues on-boarding process and transferring process following up
  • Visa issuing support
  • Products documents booking for BRS and BD colleagues
  • System and CC authorization updating, like Nexus, OneSRM,

3. Office management

  • Intern recruiting, process following and on-boarding training;
  • Fixed asset management, like applying, checking, scrapping, transferring, action organizing
  • Public documents and information maintaining, like public folder, share  point
  • Logistics and warehouse cost checking and confirming with vendors by monthly
  • Office stationery, calendar, dairy and business card purchasing


What do I need to know to qualify for this job?


- Bachelor degree or above


-  At least 3 years work experience


-Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
