Job Description

What are my responsibilities ?

1 BU office and site administration in Shanghai incl. EHS, office layout, IT facilities, stationery, gifts, fixed assets, company cars, and other admin works.
2 "Scheduling and arranging domestic/ international business travel of Managers, incl. hotel booking, visa application, expense claim.
Arranging foreign guests invitation letters and accommodations, etc."
3 "Support site GEC and TEC collection and booking.
Support Seg./Dept. monthly working hours collection and calculation. (Excel & E-time-sheet)"
4 Manage Seg./Dept. related data collection and support the documents flow for reporting and other documents (e.g. for signature and company stmap collection).
5 Support for scheduling and arranging Seg./Dept. meeting (jour fixe, project review) and draft meeting minutes.
6 Organize and coordinate BU and Seg./Dept. in implementing company requlations, organize team activities and team buildings, etc.
7 Reception and care of visitors in case of meeting with customer and supplier.

How do I need to qualify for this job ?

1. Be advanced in English skills and you are experienced user of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

2. A dedicated team player with excellent communication skills

3. Be familiar with internal related administrative tools

4. Good communication skills 

5. Open for intercultural encounters and multiple task handling skills
