Responsibilities: 
1. Responsible for planning, coordination and supervising sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover.负责计划、协调、管理销售活动,完成个人每年销售目标。
2. Cooperate with Distributors.与代理商的协作
3. Responsible for implementation of marketing /sales concepts, strategies. At the same time being close to the needs of the local market and target groups and plans, coordination, support all marketing /sales activities, also concerning new products in order to achieve the planned yearly turnover and gross profit. 执行销售/市场的政策,同时要与当地的市场、目标、计划相符合,支持所有市场/销售方面的活动,包括新产品的推广,完成每年计划销售目标和利润增长。
4. Sales Management Activities: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management 
5. Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions.
6. Manage the instrument inventory well
7. Marketing Activities: To analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with supervisor and react according to market. 
8. To support superior to control of profitability of distributors, target groups, key products, instrument platform. 
9. To support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations etc.
10. Supports market research on the sales front and the corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT Department and Technical Support. 
11. Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

Qualification: 
1. The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face 
2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal 
3. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications 
4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies 
5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company 
6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates
